With everything going on on the day of your wedding, food is probably the last thing on your mind!
However, it is very IMPORTANT to eat and drink something before you walk down the aisle and say I DO!
Some foods that will keep you FULL without making you bloated are:

- Salad w/ lean protein (chicken, turkey, or fish)
- Asparagus (to help decrease bloating)

- Trail Mix ( w/ dried fruit, almonds, walnuts, and seeds)
- Foods full of Omega-3s
- Cheese
- Carbonated Drinks
- Salty Foods
- Suger
- Too much Caffeine
- Spicy Foods
Remember to drink plenty of water before you walk down the aisle and throughout the whole day! It will keep your energy high and help calm your nerves!
